Privacy & your data

Alphabull operates TourSignal and uses the information below to provide accounts, membership access, research tools and support.

Account and workspace

ChatGPT sign-in provides your account identifier, email and optional name. Venue profiles, imported calendar entries, saved drafts and submissions are stored under your account. Support messages and replies are visible to your account and the site owner. Booking drafts are not sent.

Research and payments

The directory contains publicly listed professional facts and source links. Stripe processes payments through hosted checkout and a customer portal. TourSignal stores billing customer and subscription identifiers, payment status, paid-through dates and event records needed to manage membership; it does not store card numbers.

Service providers

The website uses OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure to serve the app, authenticate access and store application data. Stripe receives the account and billing information needed to process and manage your subscription.

Optional analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits to public pages using cookies, device/browser information and approximate location. We exclude account workspaces, directory searches, contact details, calendar data and URL query strings. Advertising personalization and enhanced measurement are disabled. Use Analytics preferences at the bottom of public pages to change your choice. Declining does not affect membership or payment access. Google processes analytics data under its privacy policy: Google Privacy Policy.

Retention and requests

Account and workspace data is retained while needed to provide the service. Billing and support records may be retained to resolve payment issues and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Use support to request access, correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for those purposes after a request; support will explain any such limitation.

AI

Paid AI is disabled. This application does not send your workspace to an AI provider. Contact support about professional directory corrections or removal requests.
