Membership terms

$40 USD per month

TourSignal is owned and operated by Alphabull. Membership is for one signed-in account. Your first payment is collected at checkout and your subscription renews automatically every month at $40 USD until canceled. There is no free trial or metered AI fee. The amount due is shown before you pay.

Cancel or request a refund

Cancel through Account → Billing → Manage billing before your next renewal to stop future charges. Access continues through the paid period. Cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier payment. Request a refund or report an incorrect charge through support; requests are reviewed individually. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

What membership includes

Access to the current music industry research directory, source links, venue profiles, calendar file imports, touring opportunity recommendations and saved inquiry drafts. Coverage is partial and varies by market. ChatGPT sign-in is required. Keep your account credentials private; do not resell access, republish the collection in bulk or use contacts for spam.

Research limitations

Verify professional contacts, representation and availability before acting. Announced shows do not prove an event occurred. Unknown attendance and financial figures are not estimates. The service does not guarantee bookings or artist availability. TourSignal is independent of Pollstar.

Communication and AI

Booking inquiries remain drafts. Automatic email sending, connected calendar synchronization and paid AI are not included as working features. No AI usage charges are enabled.

Support

Use the support inbox for account, billing, refund and correction requests. Responses appear in that inbox. Alphabull may restrict misuse of the service and review access related to refunds or disputed payments.
